Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and us ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the HoneyPlay mobile application and honey-play.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including any restrictions on virtual reward or offerwall programs in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts

• You may use the Service as a guest, identified by an installation identifier stored on your device, or by signing in with your Google account.
• One account per person. Creating or controlling multiple accounts (including across multiple devices) to gain additional or duplicate rewards is prohibited and treated as fraud under Section 8.
• If you use a guest account and uninstall the app or clear app data, you may permanently lose access to that account and its coin balance. Signing in with Google lets you recover your account and balance on a new device.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any device or account credentials you use to access the Service.

3. Description of Service

HoneyPlay lets you earn a virtual, in-app currency ("Coin") by:

• Completing third-party offers through offerwall partners;
• Watching rewarded and interstitial video advertisements;
• Completing daily check-ins and in-app tasks;
• Watching licensed short-drama video content;
• Referring other users to the Service.

Coin may be redeemed for a catalog of digital rewards (for example, gift cards, game cards, or payment-platform credit), subject to Section 5 below. Available offers, ad formats, drama titles, redemption catalog items, and earn rates vary by region and may change at any time without notice.

4. Virtual Currency ("Coin")

• We determine earn rates, sinks (such as any in-app games), and catalog pricing, and may adjust them at any time to keep the reward economy sustainable.
• Coin awarded through third-party offers or ads is generally provisional ("pending") for a hold period before becoming available, and may be reversed if the originating network reports a reversal or chargeback.
• We do not, and will never, silently deduct Coin from your balance on mere suspicion of fraud — Coin is only reversed in response to an actual reversal reported by a partner network, or forfeited following a confirmed violation of these Terms under Section 8, in each case visible in your in-app transaction history.
• Your Coin balance is not a deposit, does not accrue interest, and is not held by us in trust for you.

5. Redemption of Rewards

• Redemption requests are reviewed before fulfillment; some requests may be subject to additional fraud review, which can extend delivery time.
• Rewards are fulfilled through a third-party digital-goods marketplace. Estimated delivery windows are shown in the app but are not guaranteed.
• Delivered redemption codes may be subject to a claim-hold period before they can be viewed, as disclosed in the app at the time of redemption.
• Redemption codes are only ever viewable inside the authenticated app — we will never send a redemption code to you by push notification, email, or SMS in plain text.
• If a catalog item becomes unavailable after you redeem for it, we may substitute an equivalent-value item or refund the Coin spent, at our discretion.
• Once a valid redemption code has been delivered and viewed, that redemption is final; Coin spent on a redemption is not refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

6. Drama Content & Licensing

Short-drama video content available in HoneyPlay is licensed for specific regions. Availability of any title, or of the drama feature generally, is determined by your detected region and may change if licensing arrangements change. We may block access from locations using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool where reasonably necessary to comply with regional licensing restrictions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create or use more than one account per person or device, or use device farms, emulators, or automation/bots to interact with the Service;
• Use a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to misrepresent your region for the purpose of accessing offers, content, or rewards not intended for your actual location;
• Falsify or manipulate offer, ad, task, or drama-watch completion, or otherwise attempt to earn Coin through means other than genuine use of the Service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or interfere with the operation, security, or fraud-detection systems of the Service;
• Exploit a bug, error, or unintended behavior to obtain Coin, redemptions, or other benefits you would not otherwise be entitled to;
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account, Coin, or redemption codes outside the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

8. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

We use automated systems and manual review — based on signals such as device fingerprints, network/IP information, and behavioral patterns — to detect and prevent the conduct described in Section 7. If we reasonably determine that your account has engaged in prohibited conduct, we may, without prior notice and at our discretion:

• Withhold, place on extended hold, reverse, or forfeit Coin associated with the violation;
• Decline or reverse a redemption request;
• Suspend your ability to earn Coin while we investigate ("soft ban");
• Suspend or permanently ban your account.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@honey-play.com.

9. Third-Party Offers, Ads & Services

Offers, advertisements, and drama content within the Service are provided by independent third-party partners (see our Privacy Policy for a current list). Your interactions with those offers and ads (for example, downloading an advertised app or making an in-app purchase within a third-party app) are solely between you and that third party, governed by their own terms and policies. We verify and credit Coin only for the offer or ad completion event itself, and are not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of third-party offers, advertisers, or their products.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, graphics, and the HoneyPlay name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR OFFER, AD, DRAMA TITLE, OR REDEMPTION CATALOG ITEM WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF COIN, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE ACTUAL-CURRENCY VALUE OF DIGITAL REWARDS YOU SUCCESSFULLY REDEEMED IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD 50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or if required by law. Upon termination for a confirmed violation of Section 7, any unredeemed Coin balance is forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 9–12, and 14) will survive.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@honey-play.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
